  This rating has nothing to do with the actual store but is towards the pharmacy there. A particular associate who works there was so rude to me it was hurtful and unbelievable. She looked down on me and didn't offer to order my medicine for me. She basically told me they didn't have it then proceeded to take a phone call right after handing my prescription back to me. No "have a nice day" or "take care". I called and spoke with the manager of the pharmacy, Shannon, and he was very nice and sympathetic towards the situation. If we could give ratings by employees he would get 5 stars and Judy would get zero. I will never go back to this Publix again which is an inconvenience because it is so close to my house. The Publix pharmacy on East Bay has a nice manager and ALL the associates are nice and don't judge. People shouldn't work in customer service if they aren't going to be nice to EVERY person they interact with each day. This lady shouldn't be working in customer service or she desperately needs some training in how to treat people.
