  Love the atmosphere of the place! Yummy pretzels! Although it was a little bit slow, only reason why I'm giving a 4 rather then a 5.

  Convenience is biggest factor here. Wait time is never too long, but foot traffic is low. Pretzels can remain in display shelf for quite a long time, so cleanliness is a concern here

  I went here when they weren't even busy and asked for a sprite, pretzel bites, and sweet mustard. I was charged for a given lemonade which was more expensive and didn't get my mustard even though I paid for it. When I asked her to switch my drink I wasn't even offered a refund or a larger size for the price difference, when I asked for the mustard she walked away.
